After being a part of the body conscious entertainment industry for 15 years, becoming a Body Stylist was a natural progression for Kane.

As a Personal Trainer, Kane knows how the body works, how it responds to exercise and how to help you achieve the body you are looking for.

Although based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, Kane can travel to a location that is convenient to you for indoor and outdoor sessions.

Remember, fitness starts now not tomorrow or next week.
